By accessing or using the website, pilot programs, or services provided by FlexPilot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. Use of the Platform

FlexPilot grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our coworking operating platform. You agree not to abuse resources, distribute malicious scripts, or reverse engineer any application endpoints.

2. Payment & Subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly according to the selected tier. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Limitation of Liability

FlexPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for operational downtime, database losses, or missing leads arising from external integration outages.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these conditions will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
